‘I have a wealth of experience in various sectors meeting clients and peoples needs including recent years within the ‘Condensation, Mould and Ventilation’ sector. I pride myself that I have always been able to provide the clients with the right product, at the right price and delivered when they need it.
It has been an ambition to start my own company where I set the standards; my goal is to exceed all of the client expectations and put the customer experience at the heart of everything we do. This will be the platform for the birth of TJR Ventilation and the philosophy we will adopt through each process.​

We are an independent residential ventilation surveying and installation business based in Kent serving the South East focusing on quality, service and bespoke solutions for our valued customers.

We will give you the expert advice to give you peace of mind to help you every step of the way to eradicate mould and condensation whilst ​providing regulatory compliant solutions that will adequately ventilate your property.
When legally necessary our service will include a commissioning notice and notification to the Building Control Body for the work completed within your property.

If you prefer a longer term partnership and an initial reduced installation cost then we can offer a ventilation service package. This will include an annual visit that will also include a ventilation service report. This will be of particular interest to anyone who's property occupancy or usage changes on a regular basis and would be based around an on-going monthly payment system.
